Kickboxing/muaythai - We suggest you book and attend one of our free introductory classes at 6pm for kickboxing and then after the 6pm intro attend the following kick tech class 645pm these are run every Tuesday and Thursday. The class takes new people through the basic skills of kickboxing giving them enough knowledge to be able to begin our classes. The kickstart class runs for approximately 30 minutes you should bring comfortable athletic clothing a towel and a bottle of water.

Mixed Martial Arts - Please attend any of the scheduled MMA classes. You should bring comfortable athletic clothing a towel and a bottle of water.

Brazilian Jiujitsu - Please attend any of the scheduled BJJ classes. You should bring comfortable athletic clothing a towel and a bottle of water.

Experience in kickboxing, boxing, mixed martial arts, Brazilian Jiujitsu or other Martial Arts - Please take the opportunity to participate in a free trial class of your choice.

Wear something light and comfortable and we provide all the gear but encourage people who are continuing with Kick Boxing training to own their own gloves for hygiene purposes.
